
We are the only martial arts gym in town with a fully certified Capoeira instructor. Capoeira is a dynamic Brazilian art form that blends martial arts, acrobatics, music, and expressive movement into one fluid practice. It’s a unique and engaging way to build strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.
Taught by Coach Erik "Pix" Rhay, a graduated instructor in Capoeira Malês, under Mestre Curisco and Mestra Guerreira. This class focuses on improving balance, posture, mobility, and body awareness through the foundational movements of Capoeira. Beginners are introduced to a wide range of techniques, from flowing kicks to cartwheels to dynamic transitions, in a fun, supportive, and often musical environment. Experienced martial artists will sharpen their balance and agility, develop explosive power, and expand their movement vocabulary in ways that translate directly to other disciplines.
Our Capoeira Class is a no-contact class and is suitable for all ages, bodies, and athletic abilities. Whether you’re just working on balance and basic movement patterns or exploring more advanced, high-energy kicks and acrobatic variations, every technique can be scaled to your level.



Looking for a class to take with your kids? Capoeira is perfect for partners and families. Each session ends with interactive “games,” where students apply what they’ve learned in a playful, creative exchange that builds confidence and community.
