We have a wide range of classes available for adults, so whether you’re an experienced martial artist or just looking for an alternative fitness approach, we have a class for you. All of our instructors bring years of experience in a variety of styles and a passion for martial arts to the mat.
Our core membership classes are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (takedowns and grappling in gi and no-gi) and Mixed Martial Arts (striking, takedowns, and grappling no-gi). In addition to these core classes we offer a variety of classes that integrate traditional martial arts into classes that have a fitness and movement focus. With a membership you have access to all of these classes, plus the weight room!
All of our classes have a self-defense aspect. We also periodically offer a seminar specifically focused on self-defense.
