This is the class for you!  Learn the basics of martial arts striking and self-defense while improving your fitness, balance, and agility. Professor Tyrone Angolia presents his unique and diverse training style, integrating elements of Capoeira, Kung-fu, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Stick Fighting.  Drawing on his extensive experience inside and outside of the ring, Professor Angolia teaches a class that blends high-quality technical instruction with a great workout.  Boxing gloves are recommended, and available for purchase a the gym.

Classes feature a mix of pad work, bag work, sparring drills, and techniques to move from striking to takedowns and joint locks.
