Beginner Special

Our next beginner special will be October 10th and 17th!

Always wanted to try martial arts, but need some help getting started? This offer is for you. Start with two one-hour classes that go through the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Learn how to move on the floor, what side-control means, and how to use your arms and legs to create space and hold positions. Then transition to our beginners’ class, which focuses on teaching core skills. Over the following weeks Professor Tyrone will explain how to do classic moves like the Triangle using easy-to-follow, hands-on instruction.

We believe that training with family and friends is both fun and a good motivation for coming into the gym. Bring along a family member or friend for just $80 more. Young adults welcome (if they’re really young, we ask you to consider enrolling them in the kid’s class instead).

Logistics: The cost is $109. Reserve your spot by buying a gift certificate or send us a text message or email to arrange payment. Add a friend for $80!

Please show up at 10:30 to handle paper work and get fitted for a loaner gi. Be prepared to wear a shirt and shorts under your gi, you will get warm! Please bring sandals to wear when walking off of the mats.

You will need a gi for the classes. You can use one of ours on your first day. After that you will need to purchase one from us or any other retailer you prefer. If you are not ready to purchase a gi you can borrow one of ours for the month. If you do not return the gi at the end of the special your account will be charged $50.

What is included: All of our regular classes for a month(not just jiu jitsu), see Schedule for class times. Two 1 hour intro to jiu jitsu classes on consecutive Saturday’s. Loaner gis available until you purchase one. These offers are good for NEW members only.
